Abstract

La autora presenta algunos marcos conceptuales sobre Recursos Humanos en la sociedad, para introducirnos en el ámbito de los Recursos Humanos en la Bibliotecología, mencionando los planteamientos que determinan rasgos importantes en la nueva educación: la combinación del aprendizaje con la formación y el trabajo.

Gladys Matus Sepúlveda

Gladys Matus Sepúlveda. es Filósofa, Bibliotecaria, cursa el Magíster en Ciencia de Información en la Universidad Federal de Río de Janeiro y el Doctorado en la Facultad de Educación de la Universidad de Lleida – España. Ha participado de varios congresos, seminarios y otros eventos. Actualmente se desempeña como docente de Bibliotecología de la Universidad de Playa Ancha – Chile.
